Welcome Campers is a boutique music festival weekend hosted at a real sleep-away camp in Massachusetts. The all-inclusive weekend where grown-ups get to play like a kid again with their best friends and favorite bands. Bringing back all of the camp activities you remember; kayaking, kickball, basketball, ping pong, tie dye, scavenger hunts, jam sessions, tennis, nature hikes, swimming, volleyball, bunk parties, arts & crafts and more.

What I did:
Supervise all staff, production, and technical aspects of the event.
Coordinate Camp Staff, Brand Managers, Volunteer Counselors, and TWHP Crew assignments.
Band hospitality, ensuring all needs are met and know where and when to be.
Participate in ideation of weekend activities with Camp Staff and TWHP crew.
Use GroupMe to communicate with staff at all times.
Oversee transportation of music and camp equipment.
Run check in desk for guest and band arrival.

ON THE MOUNTAIN, SEASON 3
The Wild Honey Pie - Assistant Event Producer
On The Mountain is a video series and concert event at Stratton Resort that allows fans and viewers to access a three-day winter adventure with artists they love. A whole snow-filled weekend vacation, jam-packed with incredible music, skiing and snowboarding. Season 3 Featured performances and recording sessions from Of Montreal, Dan Croll, Marian Hill, The Golden Pony, and more.
What I did:
Ensure performers, props, and equipment for crew members are in place at the proper time.
Assist Production Team on set music videos.
Transportation of music and resort equipment and general errand runs.
Band hospitality, ensuring all needs are met and know where and when to be.
