Chris impressed me several times when I handed him complex task expecting to have to go back to it with him later, and he directly produced something better that I knew I would have produced.
Fast, energetic, focused, well articulated...top pick!”
RIPPLES
Senior Capstone (Spring Semester)
Role: Producer, Video Editor, Sound Director
Team Size: 9
Year: Spring 2016
Duration: 32 Weeks
Platform: Steam Greenlight (Windows), Google Play
Concept Statement: Ripples is a rhythmic arena dueler where players are martial arts masters fighting on water to the beat of music. Players jump automatically to the beat of music, and generate a damaging ripple when landing on the water’s surface. The player’s offensive and defensive options are collapsed into movement, which is in turn dictated by the music. Ripples is an experience where music is not just an accessory to the mechanics, but a driver of action.

Senior Capstone (Fall Semester)
RUFFIANS Mid-Year Show Gameplay Demo. Each Round displaying a new mechanic to the game.
Role: Producer, Video Editor, Sound Director
Team Size: 4
Year: Fall 2015
Duration: 14 Weeks
Pitch: Ruffians is a fast paced party game where you’re able to sit down with your friends, shoot at each other in a dusty saloon, and rack up your bounty to be the baddest dog in the west.
Concept Statement: Ruffians is a 2-4 player action-oriented twin stick shooter party game where friends are able to sit down on a couch together and enjoy a feeling of unbridled rambunctiousness usually reserved for rough-housing dogs. Players have 20 rounds to shoot at their friends, wreck the saloon with petty crimes, and rack up their own bounty to be the baddest dog in the west. In the arena, players will be playing as the dog of their choosing to shoot & dash simultaneously in an attempt to knock off the hats of other cowboy dogs to turn them into regular dogs. To reflect the hyperactivity of dog nature and unlawfulness of bad cowboys, players can commit petty crimes such as barking, destroying the environment, and unique events that allow the cowboy dogs to knock over trash cans and gnaw on socks for more bounty.
